• New required 8-hour LTC course in IL. All new agents and any agents certified before July 1, 2008 must take this course before July 1, 2009 to retain their LTC certification. This course discusses the need for long-term care and types of LTC providers. The agent will learn marketing and sales guidelines, policy benefits and how various policies will aid policy owners.
