Shipping Methods
UPS Ground (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 5-7 business days
UPS Second Day - Takes 2 business days plus processing time
UPS Overnight - Takes 1 business day plus processing time
Certificates are sent via regular US mail unless customer makes arrangement for expedited delivery.
CPMI Professional Development, Inc. will under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed in 1-3 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Priority is given to shipping "Next Day" orders. CPMI Professional Development, Inc. does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. All orders shipping within Illinois will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Order Discrepancies
Customers must inform CPMI Professional Development, Inc. of any order discrepancy within 3 days of receipt of product so that we may investigate and resolve the situation.
Damaged Products
Products damaged or mishandeled by customers e.g audio CDs, DVDs or CD-ROMs which are scratched, cracked, heat damaged or otherwise damaged by the customer will not be replaced by CPMI Professional Development, Inc. Customer may order replacements at their own expense.
5. Refund Policy
Customer agrees to the CPMI Professional Development, Inc. refund policy as below.
CPMI Professional Development offers our customers 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund on all purchases returned in new, unused, re-saleable condition, except:
Rentals and Online Courses - non-refundable.
Software - non-refundable once registration is given.
Classes - Classes may be rescheduled once at no charge or tuition refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be given if a customer has previously rescheduled a class.
DVDs and Audio CDs are non-refundable. Product will be replaced if product is defective and CPMI Professional Development, Inc. is notified product is defective within 3 days of receipt by customer.
Materials sold as a set (e.g. book and exam CD) - part of the set cannot be returned for refund.
A 15% fee (with $15.00 minimum) will apply to all refunds, except classes.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to CPMI Professional Development, Inc. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return of product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, unused and in re-saleable condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, or not in unused and re-saleable condition, the CPMI Professional Development, Inc. refund policy will be breached and CPMI Professional Development, Inc. will reject the entire return. These terms apply to all refunds.
